Return
We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 50 will be deducted at the time of refund per order from second time return onwards, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 50 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on certain product categories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In case of Lower Value Exchange, any remaining balance will be refunded to your Armoury wallet.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and process the refund as applicable. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
